It would be right to say that Italy is no short of any fairytale places that are also listed as World Heritage Sites, take for example the city of Venice, which is magical in itself. Located in Campania, in the south of is ’s most scenic mountainous coastline, Amalfi Coast. The name obviously comes from the closest town ‘Amalfi’, the coastline is a designated World Heritage Site. If you land in at 10 pm and take a cab for 1000 NPR (you shouldn’t pay more than 500 though) to go to your hotel, the whole city seems dead and sleeping. For my surprise when I reached Patan area at the house where I was staying, my very kind host told me that this is one of the 7 hours electricity cut that city faces everyday. I thought it only happens in my country.
