All passengers, including infants and children, travelling from permitted countries must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test.

The test must be taken not more than 72 hours before departure from the point of origin.

travellers to the Seychelles, including travellers in transit to other countries via Mahe Airport, must have an approved Health Travel Authorisation (HTA).This includes children, infants as well as Seychellois and all foreigners. Passengers must apply via the Seychelles Travel Authorisation mobile app or their website https://seychelles.govtas.com.

The HTA will be processed at a charge of EUR 45 and is only valid together with the corresponding passport and COVID-19 PCR test certificate that were submitted and accepted.

The fee for Seychelles passport holders is EUR 5.40.

Passengers can submit an urgent application. An additional amount of EUR 90 will be charged for urgent applications. Urgent applications are aimed to be processed within 30 minutes.

Permitted countries:

AUSTRALIA, AUSTRIA, BOTSWANA, BURUNDI, CAMBODIA, CANADA, CHINA, COTE d’IVOIRE, CYPRUS, DENMARK, EGYPT, ESTONIA, FINLAND, GERMANY, GHANA, ICELAND, IRELAND, KENYA, ITALY, LATVIA, LIECHTENSTEIN, LITHUANIA, MALAYSIA, MALAW, MAURITIUS, MONACO, NEW ZEALAND, NIGER, NORWAY, PAKISTAN, PORTUGAL, RWANDA, SINGAPORE, , SOUTH KOREA, SOUTH AFRICA, SRI LANKA, SWITZERLAND, SWEDEN, THAILAND, VIETNAM, ZIMBABWE, FRANCE, UNITED KINGDOM and UNITED ARAB EMIRATES.

Special status is provided to the following countries:

France, United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom.

1. A PCR test for COVID-19 must be done not more than 48 hours prior to departure.
2. The visitor must stay in a designated establishment and may not leave the premises for 5 days.
3. A repeat PCR test will be performed on the 5th day.

Kuwaiti nationals and their first-degree relatives

For first-degree relatives who do not have resident

status in Kuwait must present a document proving

their relationship with the Kuwaiti national.

Residents of Kuwait

GCC nationals

GCC nationals travelling to Kuwait must present a

valid passport. Civil ID will not be accepted for travel.

Domestic workers accompanied by GCC citizens

must have a valid visa to enter Kuwait.

Resident permit holders who have left Kuwait on or after 1 September 2019 and have stayed outside Kuwait for more than six months can return provided their resident permit/visa is still valid.

All passengers, except children under 6 years old, must carry an original negative COVID-19 PCR test result certificate in English not older than 96HRS.

Passengers who have taken a COVID-19 PCR test in Kuwait and are eligible to return without restrictions can present the same COVID-19 PCR test certificate provided they return within 96 hours of their test date.

All passengers should install and update all the required information on the Shlonik app before boarding. They should also have Kuwait – Mosafer installed on their personal devices.

All passengers must undergo a 14-day home quarantine on arrival.

All nationalities who have a valid Residence Permit (valid civil ID) are allowed to enter Kuwait if they have not visited the following countries and territories within 14 days of their arrival:

Afghanistan, Armenia, Bangladesh, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Chile, China, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Egypt, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Kosovo, Lebanon, Mexico, Moldova, Montenegro, Nepal, North Macedonia, Pakistan, Panama, Peru, Philippines, Serbia, Singapore, Spain, Sri Lanka and Syria.

Travel is suspended to and from India, Brazil and Argentina including any passenger who has been in these countries in the last 14 days prior to their arrival in the Kingdom. Passengers who have an official government invitation are excluded from this restriction.

Travel to Saudi Arabia

All passengers must complete the health disclaimer form provided on board and present it on arrival to the Airport Health Control Centre.

The following passengers are allowed to travel to and from Saudi Arabia:

· GCC citizens including Saudi

· Non-Saudi passengers holding a valid visa (Entry/Exit, Residence and Visit)

Entry allowed to the Kingdom for citizens of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Member States as well as non-Saudis who obtain any of the following visas: exit and re-entry, work permit, Iqama (resident permit) or visit. The entry of GCC citizens and non-Saudis into the Kingdom is subject to the preventive health measures taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19. All passengers must present a negative COVID-19 PCR test result issued by an accredited laboratory. The test must be done not later than 48 hours before arriving to the kingdom.

All passengers arriving in the Kingdom must comply with completing the full home quarantine period for 2 days followed by a negative COVID-19 PCR result. If the PCR test is not done after arrival then the home quarantine period will extend to 7 days.

Flying to Abu Dhabi:

Please download the Al Hosn app before you fly to Abu Dhabi.

You will only be permitted to enter the UAE if you are a UAE national or resident with a valid visa.

All other visa types, including tourist visas, are unable to enter.

If you are a UAE resident, you no longer require ICA approval to return to Abu Dhabi.

Before you book your flight, you are encouraged to visit uaeentry.ica.gov.ae.

It is mandatory to have a COVID-19 PCR test before you fly not exceeding 96 HRS upon arrival.

Children under 12 are exempt from COVID-19 PCR test

Remember to print your test results and keep them with you throughout your trip.

If your test is positive, or you are unable to present proof of your negative COVID-19 PCR test, you will not be permitted to travel.

On arrival into Abu Dhabi you must self-isolate for 14 days and the health authorities will evaluate the most appropriate location for your 14 day quarantine.

You will be required to wear a medically approved wristband for the duration of your quarantine.

The wristband will be provided by the authorities at Abu Dhabi Airport after you clear immigration.

You are exempt from having to wear the wristband if you:
Are under the age of 18 or over the age of 69
Live in a nursing home or long-term care facility
Hold a diplomatic passport.

You are required to repeat a COVID-19 PCR test on day 12 of quarantine. Subject to a negative test result, your wristband will then be removed on day 14. Children under 12 are exempt from testing unless they show symptoms of Coronavirus.

Travelling out of Dubai

Dubai residents do not need Dubai government approval to leave Dubai but must have approval to return.

Before you travel, please check the requirements of the country you are travelling to. Passengers may need to take a COVID-19 PCR test before departure.

Special COVID-19 PCR test rates for Emirates Airline passengers

Emirates passengers can take a COVID-19 PCR test at a special rate of AED 150 at:
American Hospital Dubai Media City Clinic.
American Hospital Al Barsha Clinic.
American Hospital Al Khawanij Clinic (opening end September).
Home or office testing within Dubai for a minimum of two passengers is also available at AED 250. Test results will be available within 48 hours. Passengers must present a valid ticket/boarding pass (departure within one month of test date) and ID to take the COVID-19 PCR test at these rates. Passengers must take the test within the period required by their destination and Emirates will not be responsible if the test results are not released in time for travel.

Travel from Dubai to the UK and Europe

All passengers travelling from Dubai to the UK or Europe are required to take a COVID-19 PCR test no more than 96 hours before departure and present the printed test result certificate at check-in. Children under the age of 12 and passengers who have a moderate or severe disability are exempt from this test. Please check the travel requirements for your specific destination before you travel.

For tourists:

1.All passengers arriving in Dubai from any destination, must have a printed negative COVID-19 test certificate to be accepted on the flight.

2.The test must be taken a maximum of 96 hours before departure. This excludes children under the age of 12 and passengers who have a moderate or severe disability.

3.The UAE government has specified designated laboratories. If you are flying from India, Pakistan and Bangladesh, you must get your certificate from one of these labs.

4.If you are flying from any other country, you can either use the recommended laboratories or any trusted and certified laboratories in your country of origin.

5.If you take a test at the airport, you must remain in your hotel or residence until you receive the test result. If the test result is positive, you will be required to undergo isolation and follow the Dubai Health Authority guidelines.

6.You must also download the COVID-19 – DXB Smart App. iOS - Android You may need to take another COVID-19 PCR test on arrival. UAE residents Back to Dubai procedures

For Dubai residents:

1.If you hold a Dubai residence visa and you are flying back to Dubai, you must have return approval from the General Directorate of Residency and Foreign Affairs (GDRFA).

For other Emirate resident:

1.If you are a UAE resident flying to Dubai from the following countries, you must first check you are eligible to travel to the UAE on uaeentry.ica.gov.ae. This is in addition to GDRFA approval for Dubai residence visa holders. This applies to travel from:

Afghanistan
Bangladesh
India
Iran
Pakistan
Philippines
Sri Lanka

2.If you are not eligible you will not be able to travel. If you have already booked your flight, speak to your travel agent and check flexible ticket options to find out what you can do with your ticket.

3.During the GDRFA application process, you will be asked to enter your Resident File Number. This number is on your visa under File.

4.Check the GDRFA website to see the status of your application. If your application is approved, you will receive an email with a GDRFA reference number. If the application can’t be processed at the time of the request, you can try again after four days.

5.Without a negative test certificate, you will not be accepted on the flight. Children under the age of 12 and passengers who have a moderate or severe disability are exempt from this test.

6.All passengers arriving in Dubai from any destination must have a printed negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate. The test must be taken a maximum of 96 hours before departure. This includes all UAE citizens, residents, tourists, and
passengers connecting in Dubai.
