Through this partnership, Dockendale Training Academy in Mumbai will deliver GREEN MARINEโ€™s curriculum covering methanol, ethanol, ammonia and hydrogen as marine fuels. Developed and continually updated by Captains and Chief Engineers with hands-on experience, the training is designed to provide the practical knowledge and competencies required to safely operate alternative fuel vessels.

By combining GREEN MARINEโ€™s specialist expertise with Dockendaleโ€™s training facilities and extensive experience in seafarer development, the partnership aims to make high-quality training accessible to officers, engineers, and other maritime professionals across India supporting the industry's transition to a more sustainable future.

Our Manila Manning Team recently visited ๐€๐Ÿ๐ซ๐ข๐œ๐š๐ง ๐†๐จ๐ฅ๐๐ž๐ง๐ž๐ฒ๐ž at Manila Bay Anchorage, Philippines to connect with the crew, check on their general wellbeing and gain firsthand insight into the working conditions onboard. The team also monitored the crew change operations in Manila.

The visit included open conversations with the crew over a lovely lunch and some doughnuts, creating a relaxed opportunity to exchange feedback and better understand their experiences onboard.

Moments like these matter. Regular vessel visits help us strengthen our connection with our seafarers and ensure weโ€™re continuing to support their wellbeing at sea.
