Nyamjack Clearing is fully register and licensed with the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) to conduct business as a customs clearing and shipping agent in Zimbabwe.

Imports & Exports Requirements
In order to ensure that we provide you with the high standard of service that you deserve, we always seek your assistance and co-operation in ensuring the proper receipt of import documents per shipment. Please note that the following documentation is required for importing and exporting.

Importing
1) Original Commercial Invoices
2) Packing List
3) Original Certificates of Origin
4) Road Freight Statement if goods come by Road.
5) Airway Bill if goods come by Air
6) Rail Note if goods come by Rail
7) Original Zimbabwe import control of goods

Exporting
1) Original Commercial Invoice
2) Original CD1 if value of export is above USD 2000.00
3) Original Zimbabwe export control of goods

Customs Clearing

Customs clearing includes preparation of Bill of Entry and submission to Customs. There is a need for specialist knowledge in this field, as there is risk of penalties from Customs for incorrect classifications due to changes in the legislative requirements. We boast of vast experience in customs clearing and creation of documents for tax and customs purposes, hence we assure all our clients very minimal delays in movement of their cargo once we receive pre-alerts.

We deliver client shipments that we would have cleared to their choice destination throughout Zimbabwe.
