We recently had a client who shipped in lab equipment. The client came to us the day his goods arrived at the airport. When he handed us the documents for clearing we realized that one of the products required an import license. It took us about two weeks to apply and retrieve the import license, meanwhile storage charges on the consignment were accumulating.
