The Equi-Gym Training System is a removable and adjustable resistance-band set fitted to a custom Mellion numnah, designed to activate your horse's core and hindquarters. It's been designed with three things in mind: core strength and muscle activation, rehabilitation and conditioning, and improved movement and symmetry.

Strength doesn't only happen under saddle.

The Equi-Gym Training System is built for the work in between - the groundwork, the fitness, the recovery days that make the ridden work easier. Two removeable elasticated bands attach to a custom numnah: the longer band sits behind the hindquarters, the shorter band runs under the abdominals, gently encouraging your horse to engage its core and hindquarters.

Whether you're building strength, easing a horse back into work, or just want more balanced movement, the Equi-Gym gives you a simple, low-effort way to work on it from the ground up.
