KREDITEURE KLERK

Hierdie is ’n voltydse, op-perseel pos vir ’n Krediteure Klerk gebaseer in Nelspruit. Die Krediteure Klerk sal verantwoordelik wees vir daaglikse finansiële take, insluitend die verwerking van krediteurfakture, kleinkasrekonsiliasies en debiteuretransaksies. Bykomende verantwoordelikhede sluit in die bestuur van betalings, die handhawing van akkurate finansiële rekords, die versekering van nakoming van maatskappybeleide, en ondersteuning aan die finansiespan met administratiewe take waar nodig.

Persoon benodig:
- Geldige rybewys.
- Kontakbare verwysings.
- Minimum 2 jaar ondervinding in Krediteure en Menslike Hulpbronne.
- Woonagtig in Nelspruit/Witrivier.

Dons Transport has an opening for a Creditors Clerk at our Nelspruit office. If you like things done properly, stay organised, and take ownership of your work—this could be a great fit.

What you’ll be doing:
✔️ Processing and reconciling supplier invoices
✔️ Handling petty cash
✔️ Assisting with debtors when needed
✔️ Making sure payments are accurate and on time
✔️ Keeping financial records neat and up to date

What we’re looking for:
✔️ Experience with creditors / accounts
✔️ Strong attention to detail
✔️ Good organisation and time management
✔️ Experience with Sage Pastel is a bonus
✔️ Transport/logistics experience = advantage
