CONGRATULATIONS TO THE BEACON ISLAND RESORT ON THEIR 50TH BIRTHDAY.

Little did the residents of the town realize that when the Beacon Island Resort first opened its doors in December 1972, it would have a profound effect on the community, its residents, the local economy, and the environment.

In terms of creating jobs, promoting the town, and complementing the picturesque setting the town already has, the resort has emerged as one of its pillars. The numerous accolades the resort has received over the years serve as evidence of this fact.
