•Issue summary: This serves as a formal notice that a track titled Deeper than the Ocean(original mix) released in 2012 South Africa,by the parties mentioned above,is subject to remix , subject to a consent given by the main party "Rowick Deep" ,in a form of writing the same year,to the director of SAMM Music Group,and now under SAMM Music Group.The mentioned acts,one is no more and one has no public contact details available,the publishing labels have been unsuccessfully traced to this day to convey a message.This communication calls for public attention and confirmation that in case of a commercial release of the track as a remix per the consent but now under SMG ,the royalties will be immediately distributed should and when the rightful parties/representatives respond to the matter conveyed herein.
