To introduce Chargeless Electric Engine worldwide, I introduced the Engine Introduction Structure (attached).

This new technology will be a part of the 4th industrial revolutions driven by disruption technology change. It appears that this engine will do well in the market and create new jobs, because many companies are investing heavily in electric vehicles revolution. The plug-in electric vehicle sector represents less than 1% of the total global auto market. The percentage of Chargeless Electric Engine will grow fast because it minimizes the Global Warming since it produces 0% emission, it does not depend on the Grid for re-charging its battery, it does not demand to compromise the weight of the vehicle which will make the cost of manufacturing vehicles cheaper, it is cheaper to maintain it compared to the plug-in electric vehicle.

For the above reasons, Chargeless Electric Engine’s vehicles/machines will be introduced to the market with Engine Data Documents (EDDs) so that the training of more engineers/technicians can be achieved within a short period of time. These documents will be used by engineers/technicians for manufacturing and maintaining this new technology. The quality services of Chargeless Electric Engine cannot be recognized world wide without a proper training of those who will specialize with it. I introduced an engineering team (Attached structure) that will be mandated of (Chargeless Electric Engine) Data recording. I divided the team into 4 engineering Department which each has its HOD.

The HOD's mandate of each department is to keep all data records from the engineers and file them to each engineer's professions. Each HOD and its staff (engineers) should combine all data records (from the final data recorded by the engineers) for their department to form Engine Data Document (EDD).

The EDDs must explain everything regarding Chargeless Electric Engine from nothing to final product. It must state why the engineers chose to use that material, part, etc. out of many that are on the shelf and how that material/part improve the operation of the Chargeless Electric Engine. The EDDs must also show all the test that are recorded for the performance of the pre-product prototype. Hence, the Engine Data Documents (EDDs) will be devided into 4 books: EDD for (Mechanical/Metallurgical/Electrical/Electronics) Engineering in Chargeless Electric Engine.

The success of Chargeless Electric Engine depends on how it will be introduced into the Global Market. The Commercialization Structure (attached) is the tool I introduced just for introducing Chargeless Electric Engine, Invisible Fuel, etc. into the Global Market. It is the structure that lists all the IPRs. It indicates ownership of registered IP of final products. To produce a world class Chargeless Electric Engine I came up with a Workshop Structure (Attached). It explains what must be done to achieve the world class Chargeless Electric Engine. It also explains about the workshop's workstations and who works in those workstations. The Main Structure gives the full picture of what is needed to develop an advanced Chargeless Electric Engine that will meet the world class standard. So far, there are lots of things I spoke about which relate to Chargeless Electric Engine. It may happen that someone may ask: How will all these things be implemented? I used structures to formalize the implementation of Chargeless Electric Engine. These structures summarize the team for implementing the engine and the commercialisation of Chargeless Electric Engine, Invisible Fuel, etc.

Before we proceed, I would like to share how the system of Invisible Fuel will benefit the public, especially the poor. Through Invisible Fuel it is possible for public transport, farming, etc. to be given a discount so that their services will be cheaper and life will be easy for poor people and business entrepreneurs. It will make goods transportation affordable and that will lead to an affordable life.

You need to understand that Melusi Ntuli as the Innovator of Invisible Fuel will be only paid ±5% of Invisible Fuel Price and the rest will be given to your government. Without Chargeless Electric Engine, all the wonderfully things (cheap and reliable transportation; Free engine service, creation of a lot of sustainable jobs opportunities, Free education/WiFi, etc.) that come with Invisible Fuel will not be possible. The Invisible Fuel Price will be independent from country to country and will be charged based on what each country or agency wants. The Invisible Fuel will be run/controlled by those countries which wanted to generate revenue through transportation. The IPRs of Invisible Fuel will be independently assigned/licensed to those countries.

To regulate the Invisible Fuel each country will have its own Main Server (attached diagram). Each country will have one Main Server and it can be monitored by its own government/agency/private owner/etc. It is where each country's IF-stations will be granted/applied for and also where each government will regulate its own Invisible Fuel.

The Main Server will be assisted by Control Center Servers (IF-Data and PAYU-Data), IF-Ground Stations and IF-Stations (selling stations).

There is no such a thing called Free Education/WiFi, the money for these needs must come from somewhere. Invisible Fuel can make it possible for everyone to pay for education/WiFi so that it can be called Free Education/WiFi/etc.

To protect the losses of so many jobs and the IF-Data from being hacked, the Invisible Fuel will be recharged only in IF-Stations. In short there will be an additional device for Invisible Fuel refilling in the garages that are selling Fuel (i.e. For those who will be interested in selling IF).

To achieve the above, I invented the devices attached below. The IF-station Device is for refilling the Invisible Fuel for Chargeless Electric Engine users. The IF-sharing Cord is for sharing the Invisible Fuel from one IF user to the other. IF-Vehicle Device is for regulating the IF to the Chargeless Electric Engine users.

All Chargeless Electric Engine vehicles will be fitted with a device that is connected to High Way Tower. The Highway Towers is the network system that will be installed along the Free (Fees) highway for deducting HF from the Vehicle's Invisible Fuel. It can charge per distance and also able to charge per lane (i.e. Trucks/fast lanes can be charged more than other lanes, etc.)

The vehicle will connect to the nearest towers as it moves along the fees highway. The IF-consumption will be deducted as the consumer travel on the fees highway (i.e. charging per distance travelled).

Don't be confused, the Invisible Fuel will start to be deducted as soon as the Chargeless Electric Engine starts to run and the High-Fees will apply only on Fees Highway according to your government regulation.

This system will also be suitable for self-driving vehicles and improves safety on our roads. It will create a lot of work opportunities while cheap and minimizing traffic jam caused by tollgates. The record of each an every vehicle travelling on that highway will be known.

Based on the benefits of Chargeless Electric Engine (free service, reliable, cheap, etc.), the engine will thrive in the automobiles, farm industries, businesses, etc. markets.

Chargeless Electric Engine will contribute to the world economic growth through its Invisible Fuel Currency (IF-Currency; attached picture). The IF-currency is the speed rate that occurs during the transfer cycle of Invisible Fuel from IF-ground station to IF-stations and from stations to consumers (vehicles/locomotives/machines/etc.); from consumers to control centre. The nature of the Invisible Fuel Currency is data recycling (i.e. like airtime does).

To make the IF-currency a success I introduced the IF-Data Transfer(Attached picture). It is a network that transfers IF-Data from the seller to the consumer and from consumers back to seller. The network includes GPS satellites, IF-satellite, servers (IF and PAYU), main server, towers (mobile phone and highway), ground stations, IF-stations and the consumers (i.e. vehicles/locomotives/machines/etc.)
