Please understand that suppliers do not provide updates the day after an order is placed. All lead times and processes are clearly outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

These terms are based directly on our supplier’s policies. While we do have access to other suppliers, their waiting periods are longer and their pricing is higher. Our current supplier follows a strict process to ensure quality and consistency.
