For me, w**e is so much more interesting when you get to meet the people behind it.
When the w**emaker takes the time to sit with you.
To tell you the story.
To explain the land, the choices, the challenges, the years of learning behind a bottle.
And when you feel their passion, suddenly you are not simply tasting w**e anymore. You are connecting with a person, a place and a story.
This is what I loved about meeting a couple of years ago and reconnecting again: the time, the knowledge, the passion.
And this is exactly what I want to share through Le Petit Paradis Experiences.
Not rushing from one tasting to another.
Not ticking boxes.
Meeting the w**emaker. Taking the time. Asking questions. Understanding. Connecting.
I can't wait to bring curious guests around Salomé's table and let her tell her own story, in her own way.
