Would you like to join Timo on this trip or part of it?

Hi Everyone, we hope you had a great and relaxing Christmas.
As some of you already know: Our cruising plans changed a little for the next part of the adventure. Nicole and Benno will stay in VA for now. Then they will visit me (Timo) on Guadeloupe in the Summer. I will cruise Plan B down the approximate route you see in the video above, taking the next 6 month to do this. I am looking for a crew who would like to join me for the whole cruise or part of it. Not a paid position. You would need to pay for your airline tickets, food & drinks and any needed cruising permit or visa fees. What I can offer is a trip of a lifetime, a lot of learning and a lot of fun. You need to love the outdoors, not get sea sick and enjoy swimming, snorkeling and diving. I will also document the trip for YouTube so some help with that would be awesome. We will only cruise in good weather and will anchor most of the time in protected areas near islands. I will work while we travel so we might sometimes stay in an anchorage a week or more.
I have room for 1 or 2 people (if 2 want to join should be a couple due to cabins and sleeping arrangements) and the possibility is for the whole trip or parts of it (2-3week minimum.

The boat has Starlink if you need to work and be reachable during the trip. We have all safety gear for offshore cruising even though we will not be really offshore. We will be always around 50miles from land. We have USCG approved satellite emergency beacon and life raft.

Here is a rough timeline if you are thinking about joining a part of the trip and are thinking about airports and how to meet up.

January - Florida & crossing over to Bahamas
February -Bahamas
March - Turks and Caicos & Dominican Republic
April - Puerto Rico & USVI & BSVI
May - St. Martin & Island hopping south to Guadeloupe
June - Guadeloupe

If you are interested just sent us a DM and we can talk about it.

Feel free to share this with friends if you know someone who might be interested to join a trip like this.

Plan B is at St. Mary’s Boat Service Yard and Timo is doing the repairs and maintenance needed for the next part of the trip. We also raised the bottom paint a little bit higher since we noticed that she sits a little lower on the water as her original waterline once her diesel tanks and water tanks are full and she is loaded up for cruising. We also descaled the engines. After Christmas the name decals go back on, the fuel flow meter will get installed and some other small to do’s will be finished.
