In the heart of Ain Al Sindiané - a proud town in Mount Lebanon - resides a plant that embodies a great dream, the dream of Khoury family. From father to son, Khoury family was attributed for many decades to the dairy farming in Lebanon and managed therefore to build a deep-rooted history in this field. This long and distinguished march towards success and prosperity started in Baskinta where Khou
ry family used to produce dairy products for the family and some friends consumption. Khoury the grandfather decided to expand the production and start promoting his family’s products in the Lebanese villages and towns. Thus, he established in 1943 in Baskinta a farm specialized in dairy production and distribution. Abdallah Khoury who spared no efforts to promote his business, enlarge his institution production and create a full range of healthy and delicious products. Abdallah Khoury formed a committee of leading Lebanese and foreign dairy production experts who set out in several long journeys to the most famous dairy production countries in the world such as Denmark, France, Italy and Germany, attended numerous conferences, exhibitions and training sessions to enrich their expertise and knowledge in this field. Furthermore, this committee engaged in several business deals and purchased top quality new machinery in order to benefit from the most recent advances in dairy production technology. This step seemed to be very fruitful and its results blossomed in a little while in the business development. Abdallah Khoury established a small enterprise in Al Khinshara town equipped to produce 10 tons of milk per day. Back to Ain Al Sindianeh in 2001, a new building was constructed to increase the production to 40 tons of milk per day. In 2007, this institution became a Lebanese shareholding company exclusively owned by the family members. Dairy Khoury knows no boundaries and has never stopped to grow and develop. Committed to the highest quality standards, faithful to the entrenched traditions, adopting the best practices and top-notch technology and aiming at offering unsurpassed products, Dairy Khoury will always remain a distinguished trademark in the dairy farming sector. And in order to be able to meet the increasing consumption needs of our treasured customers, a new plant is being constructed in Ain Al Sindianeh and will be equipped with superlative machines and tools to reach a production of 100 tons of milk per day.
