Let today be a day where we focus on the love for our moms, not the unimportant things that get in the way of our fully expressing our love. (And a note to all our Moms in The Law of the Garbage Truck community - celebrate yourself for all the good you have done in your life, and forgive yourself for not being perfect.) Happy Mother's Day to all the moms in The Law of the Garbage Truck community. My family is celebrating Mother's Day in the U.S. today. I am so grateful to my wife, Dawn, for everything she does for our girls. She's a terrific mother.

One of the most meaningful aspects of my mission to increase kindness and civility in the world is when I get to do The No Garbage Trucks! Pledge with young students. Kids totally get the power of not being a Garbage Truck. It's awesome.

I love this picture! One of my greatest joys is to help students learn The Law of the Garbage Truck early. School and life is so much better once they learn how to navigate negativity.
