This August, Hiroyasu Kayama of Tokyo’s Bar Benfiddich brings “Island Alchemy” to W

Maldives. The mixologist, farmer, and forager will debut four bespoke cocktails inspired by the resort’s colors, botanicals, and rhythms.
Kayama’s creations blend ingredients from his family farm in Saitama with rare botanicals collected over years of exploration.

The series runs Aug. 18-19 at SIP, followed by a poolside takeover Aug. 21 at WET Deck, where Tokyo cocktail craft meets Maldivian island energy. 🌴
