While visiting Meliá Puerto Vallarta, I recently had the privilege of witnessing a traditional Wixárika (Huichol) ceremonial dance connected to the beautiful Eye of God (Ojo de Dios) symbols.

It was more than just a performance — it was a powerful expression of culture, spirituality, connection, and tradition. The colors, movement, music, and meaning behind the ceremony truly touched me.

The Eye of God symbolizes protection, spiritual vision, healing, and the connection between nature and the universe. Watching this sacred tradition being shared was one of those travel moments that stays with you long after you return home. ❤️✨

Travel has such a beautiful way of opening our hearts to the traditions, stories, and cultures of the world around us.

Early rise and flights went smoothly.
Our driver was waiting for us !
Short drive from the airport .That's aways nice to arrive in time for lunch some relax time before dinner.
Greated by the welcome team, refreshing drink and warm towels in hand.
Lead us to a private check in room then escorted each of us to our room.
It's a bit overcast today but still warm and the oceanview doesn't disappoint.
