Another happy guest story from Grumpy Toads Getaway!

“Beautiful home, great location for someone looking to get out of the valley, fish and be one with nature. Lots of space to walk, enjoy the weather and sunshine. We were very comfortable at Grumpy Toad's. We cooked several meals, slept well and really took time to relax which was easy here. We look forward to another adventure in the near future!” 💚

We love when guests share little details that made their stay special! 💌

Rebecca has stayed in rentals across 6 different states (including another in AZ) and still called Grumpy Toads Getaway her #1 choice. 🏡💛

She highlighted:
☕ 3 types of coffee makers (yes, even a French Press!)
🎲 Games ready for family fun
🔥 Fireplace & TVs available though she didn’t even need them
🧹 Spotless, cozy, and beautifully furnished spaces

Hearing this reminds us why we love hosting because it’s all about creating a place where families can truly feel at home.

Our guests say it best: “The home was spotless, the location was peaceful, and the pond was perfect for the kids.”

That’s what makes Grumpy Toad’s Getaway so special. It’s a place where families can unplug, where parents actually get to relax, and where kids have plenty to explore just outside the back door.

Inside, the cabin offers comfort at every turn four bedrooms, a loft for games and bunks, and three bathrooms to keep mornings smooth. Outside, the lakefront setting invites kayaks, fishing, and fire-pit nights you’ll never forget.

If you’re looking for the perfect mix of cozy and adventure, this is it.
