At our company, we value honesty and transparency more than anything.

Two guests once reached our shop after being mislead by another rental service. They were promised online 2 XR 150's while that shop did not have them in stock and planned to push for other available models. We had the bikes for them.

Not only did we have the bikes they needed, but we thoroughly checked their information and noticed a discrepancy in their visas, which dates would not match the desired rental. This prevented them from overstaying which can become a major problem when leaving the country. We went the extra mile with advice that got them out of potential trouble, they then adjusted their plans and took our XR's for their trip, appreciating the time-saving with our detailed maps.

The customer stopped by today for the bikeโ€™s maintenance. As usual, we would give a replacement bike in the meantime. Today, we gave him the mint one while the one he currently renting is being taking care of.

Coincident that the bike color matched his shirt and helmet perfectly so he immediately fell in love and decided to switch to this bike.

We were pleased to switch the bike for him. The process was simple which were signing the updated contract, installing the mirror specifically modified for him and that was it!

He was satisfied with the new bikeโ€™s color and appreciated the quick process. More importantly, he was welcomed by our special staff and did a lovely pose with him.

The customer who came back to finish what he started.

His first rental was cut short due to landslides in the middle of Vietnam. Harsh weather can sometimes affect Vietnam, and mostly it is unpredictable or sudde. Enough to cut people's plans.
You can play it on the safe side, but then a decision remains. Will you continue your trip or abandon there?
We were glad to know our customer was ready to come back a couple of months after to tackle once again the road he could not finish.
