"A day without ☕ is like something without some thing 😨😵😧
In 19th century, the French brought coffee tree to Vietnam and grew them in Tay Nguyen. After almost 150 years, now cà phê become 1 of the symbol of Saigon.
How we make cà phê sữa đá?
Firstly, we put a little bit condensed milk in a small cup. Then put a dripper srew (phin) above with coffee powder inside. Aftet that we pour full of boiled watet in that "phin", when it finish dripping, we stir all milk and coffee together to blend them. At the end, we add ice to that cup. So we have cà phê sữa đá.
Every morning, the man take a coffee with cigarette and reading newspaper
Every morning, the co-workers sit together and shares many stories from yesterday
Every morning, the woman, on her way to work, stop by a coffee shop, sit on a stool on pavement, talk to her friends about her husband, her children.
So i see all about Saigon in Cà phê sữa đá.

Part 1. History
🥖1859, bagguette followed the French came to Saigon. At that time, it was baked by wood and inside was solid.
🥖1970s, they changed to make bagguette by brick kiln (from Japan) with smaller size, crunchier and less flour inside that become BANH MI like now.
Because some students, workers they dont have enough time for breakfast then Mr.Ngoc and his wife, Mrs.Tinh, they were the first people who gave idea to put all meat🥩, pate', pork bologna inside the bread.
During more than 50 years, now BANH MI is voted as one of the best street food in the world by National Geographic Magazine (USA) and BBC Magazine (UK).
