💥Starting July 1, 2026, Vietnam’s Decree requires all inbound, outbound, and transit travelers to submit a health declaration before crossing any border gate. The declaration can be completed within 7 days prior to entry, exit, or transit.
While a dedicated digital portal or unified app is under development, authorities accept declarations either electronically or via physical paper forms at the border.

✔️Timeline: Complete your form up to 7 days before your travel date.
✔️ Transit Rule: This mandate applies to transit passengers as well. Do not skip the form if you are only passing through a Vietnamese airport.
✔️ Health & Vaccination: Keep digital or physical copies of your vaccination records and relevant health documents handy, as border officers may ask for them.
✔️ Screening Procedures: Be prepared for mandatory temperature checks and visual health screenings upon arrival.
