What's got me hooked today? A Jazzy Striped Scarf by Red Heart made with Red Heart Super Saver Stripes in Fruity Stripes. I love this yarn. The colors are gorgeous and work up in a nice ombre effect. I can't wait to show you more of them

If you like Mandala Blankets then you will love this one. I started off testing it and halfway through had to stop because I ended up tech editing the pattern. It is now live today and I move on to Nickie's second pattern. It's been an adventure and I realized how much I love editing patterns. I'm still working on the blanket in between everything else but this has given me a new love for crochet. Nickie has even pushed me to write my own pattern for a shawl when I couldn't find a pattern to match what I wanted. So I've started that also. So here it is: Ziggy's Odyssey. It's been quite an adventure.

At the moment I'm testing a mandala blanket for a designer. I love mandala blankets. To me they are relaxing I'll add the link when I get to a computer.

After being thrown into a new job and then a major illness recovery we are back. Forgive the mess as we move things around. It's always a work in progress. New things coming as I've expanded my artistic horizons.

Come visit me here on First Friday York to support one of my best Friends in the opening of her cafe/bakery Ladybug Baking Company and Cafe. Shane and I will be there to support her dream come true and to support my son in his very first job before culinary school. Hope to see you there. :)

I just love seeing my creations come to life...in a shop storefront display window. I am part of a project called The Wishing Tree where people can make wishes and artists interpret those wishes into art. One of my Best Friends put a wish in "I wish for a Bakery." ----->
