Got a call from a regular customer who was broken down in McKenna. He said the engine bay of his 1973 Monte Carlo had caught on fire… and he was also towing his boat.
I was getting the Freightliner looked at by a mechanic friend at the time, but I was able to stop what I was doing and left right away. Got to him in about 20 minutes.
Loaded the Monte Carlo onto the flatbed and the boat onto the hitch/wheel lift, then towed both back to his home.
