Welcome everyone! The time has come to make our page and business “official”. For the last 30+ years we have hauled locally and all over the country for friends and family, mainly on a word-of-mouth basis. As Marc approaches retirement in the next few years from being active duty Air Force, we need to shift our focus to hauling full time, and that means we need to reach more customers.
Anyone that knows me, knows I am not very tech savvy, so please forgive my feeble attempt to make a coherent and professional page! There is probably somewhere I am supposed to be publishing an intro and bio, but I simply cannot find it… So here goes my official intro post, that I will hopefully figure out how to “pin” somewhere so it doesn’t get lost, lol!
Marc and I are both from farm-livestock-agriculture families, with farming and livestock in our blood going back 5 generations or so. Our lives have prepared us perfectly for operating a hauling business and given us infinite experience in handling and hauling just about anything you can put wheels under.
I grew up with horses and have always had several in my backyard, and have also managed boarding and lesson barns in Oklahoma and Maryland. I have also worked as a vet tech at large animal, small animal and equine vet clinics in Kansas, Oklahoma and Alaska. I am the “animal” half of this business, while Marc’s specialty is knowing how to operate, load and strap down anything! (and he is also the better backer, but don’t tell him I said that)
Marc grew up on a grain crop, hay and cattle farm in central Kansas. He has been driving and hauling since BEFORE his feet could reach the pedals of the farm truck. Marc got his CDL in 1990, at the age of 18. In addition to working on his own family farm, Marc also drove for local custom crews, cutting silage and wheat all over the western US. This has given him thousands and thousands of miles of experience hauling oversize loads (over width-height-weight) as they transported combines from one location to another.
Please reach out to us for more information and with any questions you may have. We are available via text, email, Messenger and also welcome phone calls!
