Cookie Packaging
Each of my sugar cookies comes individually heat sealed to ensure maximum freshness. Orders are placed inside bakery boxes for easier transport. Availability
When inquiring about available dates, please keep in mind that our calendar can fill up quickly and availability is subject to change. Inquiring about a date does not reserve your spot on our calendar. Dat
es are only reserved when your retainer fee has been paid. Decorated sugar cookies need to be ordered no sooner than 2 weeks out from your event. Undecorated cookies (as with kits) need to be ordered no sooner than 1 week out from your event. Cakes need to be ordered no sooner than two weeks before pickup. Cupcakes need to be ordered no sooner than one week before pickup. Quotes
We are happy to give quotes on orders. Feel free to send inspiration pictures or ideas. We will not exactly replicate another baker’s work. Placing an Order
After receiving your quote, it is your responsibility to confirm or pass within 24 hours. A 50% retainer fee (non-refundable, transferable dependent on availability) is due within 48 hours of confirming your order. Failure to pay your retainer fee cancels your order. Feel free to reach out if you are having difficulty making the payment. The final payment (remaining 50%) is due 2 weeks before your event. Failure to make your final payment on time will result in your order being canceled. Your retainer fee will 𝗻𝗼𝘁 be refunded and will 𝗻𝗼𝘁 be transferable to a different date. Orders placed less than 2 weeks before the event date will require 100% payment upfront and may be subject to a 25% rush fee. Payment Options
Payments may be made using cash or credit card (Square), Venmo, or PayPal. Change an Order
Changes to cookie and cupcake designs, quantities, or dates may be requested. I will do my best to accommodate your request. All changes must be requested no later than 2 weeks before your event and may be subject to additional fees. Cancel an Order
Canceled orders will be given credit for the amount paid, which will be good for 6 months following the cancellation date. No refunds will be given for canceled orders. Orders canceled one week or closer to the event will receive no credit. If I must cancel an order due to an emergency, a full refund will be issued. If you are not satisfied with your order, all uneaten cookies must be returned within 24 hours to assess their condition and determine if credit may be issued for a future order. Pick Up
Orders may be picked up at our house in Wheeling, WV, or the agreed-upon location. We will provide my address when scheduling pickup time. You may send someone in your place, but please let me know who to expect. Orders must be picked up at the agreed-upon time. Our schedule is busy and although we work from home, we have other customers whose orders need our attention. Reach out if you are running late or need to change your pickup time. If your pickup time has passed by 30 minutes, we will reach out once. We will reach out a second time at the end of the day of pickup. We will reach out a third and final time 24 hours after your pickup time has passed. Failure to respond or reach out to us after 72 hours results in your order being forfeit. No refund or credit will be issued. Order Release and Cookie Care
Once you have left with your order, the order is no longer our responsibility. Please clear a flat surface in your vehicle to set the box(es) on. Cookies are fragile and it is important to handle them with care. Payment of your retainer indicates that you agree and comply with the above terms and conditions. A copy will be emailed to you as well.
