If roughly half your guests aren’t drinking, what should your menu look like?
Gallup’s latest poll found only 54% of U.S. adults drink alcohol — the lowest share since they started tracking in 1939. And it’s not a blip: per Gallup’s Lydia Saad, “There is a sustained change. Drinking has gone down across all age groups.”
Cause for alarm? Doesn’t have to be. It’s a chance to do something new. Find new makers, fresh ingredients, and creative sensorial drink experiences.
