Guaranteed Note program

● A direct note issued by The Fourth Floor Fund, LLC and guaranteed by Sterling Pacific
● Six, twelve, eighteen and twenty-four-month maturity dates available
● Returns from four percent to seven percent per annum
● Interest is paid out monthly
● Taxed as ordinary income and reported as a 1099-INT
● Retirement funds and direct funds accepted

The full terms of the note offering are set forth the Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) of The Fourth Floor Fund, LLC. The PPM contains, among other things, a summary of the terms of the promissory note investment, the forms of notes and security agreement and all other details related to offering.
