TSA Federal Air Marshal Robert MacLean's application for a mobile flight deck ("cockpit") secondary barrier cart system was published by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Aircraft downtime needed to repair my barrier is 99% eliminated, it stops chemical attacks (i.e. weaponized synthetic opioids), it is bullet-proof, and finally, it cannot be sabotaged due to the fact it stows away inside the forward galley and is not exposed to the passengers like the old 12-cable barriers that are rapidly being removed.
