Thank you to all the people who have stopped by the McLittle Free Library this spring! We have enjoyed seeing the faces of botg returning and new visitors! Our newest visitor is surely the newborn baby that had photos taken with the library, marking that sweet babys 1st visit to the library!👶🏻
We are incredibly grateful for the many generous gifts of donated books, benches, flowers and financial assistance over the years to help keep the library maintained, comfortable and filled with great “like new” books for people of all ages! Thank so much!!!
If you haven’t stopped by, please do!!! We have many visitors who enjoy sitting on the benches under the shade tree to read on their lunch break, during a walk as a nice place for a break. Between daylight hours, you are always welcome!!! (We do ask that visitors after dark select their books and enjoy them elsewhere. It is a bit unnerving to have people hanging out after getting books after dark.)

Join us and the Warsaw Community Public Library for our traveling Library Stories in the Park! We will be traveling to different parks for story time and game time!

The hour will be broken into two segments; 30 minutes of library stories and 30 minutes of interactive games and activities!

The McLittle Free Library is freshly stocked with back to school and many other books for all ages! Our books are always free and we operate like a community book exchange. We are also looking for donations of new/like new books and/or school supplies, The McLittle Free Library has been averaging the distribution of 100+ books each week. We are currently in need of donations of childrens books with the greatest demands for infant/toddler board books and beginning reader books levels of 1, 2 & 3. Any back to school supplies donated will be distributed locally! We hope you stop by and take a book, return a book or leave a book sometime soon!!! We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for supporting the McLittle Free Library!!

The McLittle Free Library is running very low on our stock of childrens board books and young adult books (ages 16+). Our stock of hard back story books and early readers (beginner and steps 1, 2 & 3) are low on stock.
We still have a great stock of adult books!

We are SO very thankful for all of you who have donated books over the past few years!! We are very happy to say the McLittle Free Library is an extremely busy little free library!! It is not uncommon to have 10 or more visitors daily when the weather is nice. It is such a blessing to know how many books are now being read in their new homes!!
If you have any gently used books sitting on shelves and no longer being used, please consider donating to the McLittle Free Library or a little free library near you! When you gift a book, you are giving the gift of a growing imagination!! What a beautiful gift!!!
Donations can be left in the black bin on our porch or we can pick books up if you live nearby!!!

Winter Storm Landon is heading our way. Stop by the McLittle Free Library and stock up on some awesome new books!! I mean, we can’t be outside sledding at Kelly Park or building random snow bunnies & snowmen around town 24 hours a day! Try reading a good book while you sip hot cocoa and thaw your toes under your favorite blanket! Set your imagination free by cracking open a book! Exercise your imagination with a new book or get reacquainted with an old friend by choosing a classic! Either way, we hope you stop by the McLittle Free Library and stay safe during winter storm Landon!! While you are here, feel free to leave us a snow bunny, snowman or snow angel so we know you were here! Don’t forget to take a selfie and share and tag the McLittle Free Library when you share it with your friends!!

The McLittle Free Library loves that Dolly Parton and the will send free books to your child! There is no fee, no catch... just free books sent to your child!! They do accept cash donations if you love this idea and don’t have kids but want to support their cause!! Well done The McLittle Free Library thanks you for supporting children by encouraging them to read!!!
As always, we would love for you to stop by the McLittle Free Library and pick up a book or two! We have books for kids of all ages from 1 day to 111.... if we don’t have what you were looking for, send me a message or comment below!! We will do our best to find whatever book, author or genre you are looking for!!

So thankful that Celadon Books sends a books to the McLittle Free Library!! Stop by and borrow ‘The Plot’, ‘When Harry Met Minnie’ or any of our amazing books!! Remember, books are ALWAYS free! If you do want to donate books, we ask that you drop them off in the black bin on our porch!! (Please do not add books directly in the library!) We work hard at keeping all books & items in our library safe from germs, we appreciate your help!!!
