📢 POLICY UPDATE – EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2026 📢
To continue providing personalized travel planning and exceptional service, a non-refundable Planning & Booking Fee will be required for all vacation and cruise inquiries beginning July 1, 2026.
As your travel advisor, I invest significant time researching destinations, comparing resorts and cruise options, monitoring promotions, creating customized itineraries, coordinating travel details, and providing expert guidance. This policy allows me to dedicate my time and expertise to clients who are serious about planning and booking their travel experiences.
Planning & Booking Fee Schedule
🏝️ $150 – Basic vacation packages to Mexico and the Caribbean, as well as cruises departing from Galveston that require minimal additional travel planning.
🌍 $300 – European vacations and other complex international travel itineraries.
✈️ $200 per person – Customized vacation packages requiring detailed itinerary planning, multiple destinations, tours, activities, transportation coordination, or extensive research.
How It Works
✅ The Planning & Booking Fee is non-refundable.
✅ 100% of the fee will be applied toward the cost of your vacation or cruise when your trip is booked within 30 days of payment.
✅ A one-time 10-day extension may be granted upon request.
✅ If travel is not booked within the allotted timeframe, the Planning & Booking Fee will be forfeited and a new fee will be required to resume planning services.
This policy ensures that I can continue providing the personalized attention, expert guidance, and dedicated planning my clients deserve while focusing on travelers who are ready to move forward with their vacation plans.
