Final stop: Disney's Contemporary Resort

This was another resort I've never been to, unless you count seeing Chef Mickey's from the monorail when we've passed through on our way to the Magic Kingdom. I found all kinds of things I need in this gift shop, too -- specifically a Mickey-shaped throw pillow for my couch.

Stop #2: Grand Floridian
Hands down the prettiest resort I've ever seen! I love Victorian architecture, and every detail of this beautiful resort took my breath away. As if that wasn't enough, there's a bath products shop as soon as you get off the monorail, and it scents that whole walkway. We smelled every soap, shampoo bar, and bath bomb, and now I know where I'm spending my money when I come back!

Stop #1 and Sadie's choice: Disney's Polynesian Village Resort!!

(We also completed the monorail resort loop and explored the Grand Floridian and the Contemporary! Pictures to come.)

We split a plate of pulled pork nachos with pineapple salsa at Captain Cook's for lunch, and it was delicious!

This resort is gorgeous and had that relaxing island vibe in everything from the plants to the music to the food. We also peeked into the new Island Tower and got a picture of that beautiful mural that was done with seashells.

Guess where I'm heading today? 🎆🏰🎆

My oldest daughter has a dance competition this weekend just outside the "Disney bubble". We won't be in the parks, but I plan to get as close as I can without actually touching them. 😉 Stay tuned today for pics of a resort I've never been to before (Sadie's choice) when we head over for lunch.

And I booked a trip for another one of my kiddos today 🤫 and will be revealing the surprise when I get home. Keep watching to see that, too.
