I agree with the overall argument here but I have my doubts about their figures. 20 hours to charge 100 mile range on level 1 charger (plain old 110/120v outlet)? We regularly get a full charge (85 miles) on our 2013 Leaf on overnight charges. Admittedly we rarely are at complete zero range, but the few times I have reached under 5 miles range remaining it was fully charged in the morning.

We shouldn’t want to reduce the amount of time we spend charging; we should want to eliminate active charging entirely.

What is happening at your port? I see mixed use of masks, mostly with office staff and those that interact with the ship’s crew/officers. Personally we don’t enter offices any more. We conduct our queries on deck or outside terminal office.
