One of the questions we get asked most is, “What happens if a tote gets broken?”

It’s a great question!

The good news is that normal moving wear and tear; scratches, scuffs, and signs of everyday use… is completely expected and never charged.

If a tote is damaged beyond normal moving use, we simply charge the replacement cost. We believe in keeping our policies fair and transparent, so there are no surprises.

Our goal is to make your move easier, not more stressful. If you ever have questions about our rental process, we’re always happy to answer them before you book!

📦 Serving Valdosta, Hahira, Lakeland, Ray City, Nashville, and surrounding South Georgia communities.

Moving is already stressful enough.

The last thing you need is a mountain of cardboard boxes that rip, collapse, or end up in the garage for the next five years. 😅

That’s why we deliver sturdy, reusable moving totes straight to your door… and pick them up when you’re done.

✔ No box hunting
✔ No tape marathon
✔ Easy to stack
✔ Better organized
✔ One less thing to worry about

If you’re moving in or around South Georgia, we’d love to make your move a little easier.

Before we invested in dozens of moving totes, we had the same question…

“Will they actually hold up?”

Instead of just saying yes, we figured we’d show you. 🎥

These totes are built for moving, can be stacked, reused again and again, and have already handled plenty of deliveries. That’s one of the reasons we chose them for Mr. Totes.

Confession… we don’t just think rental totes are great for moving. 👀

One of our favorite uses? Toy decluttering.

Instead of trying to tackle the entire playroom in one day, fill a few totes with toys you’re unsure about and store them away for a while.

✅ If your kids don’t ask for them? You might be ready to donate them.
✅ If they do? Pull them back out for an instant “new toy” day.

No cardboard boxes getting crushed in the garage. No tape. No buying storage you’ll only use once.

Sometimes a little distance from the toys makes decluttering a whole lot easier.

Would this method work in your house?
