1. Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.

2. Use hand held device for routing information, customer delivery information.

3. Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area.

4. Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered.

5. Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.

6. Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodations:

- Lift Packages up to 50lbs.

- Able to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs through your shift.

The Reddy Logistics Team would like to welcome our new Director of Human Resources, SherEureka McDavid.

SherEureka is a North Carolina native, and has a Masters Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management.

She has almost two decades of HR, Talent Development, Career Management, Operations, Staffing, Recruiting, and HR Information Systems experience. Professionally coined as a “People’s Manager,” SherEureka is an advocate for people professionally and personally.

Her professional purpose and passion aligns to create strategies that help organizations lead with integrity, build solid relationships, minimize turnover, and increase goal succession.

We are excited to have SherEureka join the Reddy Logistics Leadership Team, she is already “Reddy” to roll up her sleeves and help manage an ever-growing and diverse team of professionals.
