We do have this presence on Facebook. Since the pandemic we haven't exactly figured out what to do with it. Let me explain.
During the pandemic I made a post on my personal page. Yes it was political and I had seen the same post before and the poster recieved no consequences. I have seen the same post since I made that post.
Facebook determined they would penalize my Business Account, this page, and not the account I actually made that post on. This happened after numerous advertising campaigns I paid for.
Therefore I determined I will not use Facebook to advertise or conduct business in any way that may benefit Facebook despite the incentives offered by Facebook to do so. Messages sent by Facebook Messenger may be missed for a period of time, so we recommend calling 910-773-0368 to leave a message or send us a text message (preferred). We also will take requests and inquiries through our email [email protected] and website www.sevenlakestransportation.com.

This is one example of why we ask for your departure time when booking transportation to airports. Unless you have "TSA Precheck" we like to get you to airport by specific time before your flight to avoid a situation like this. I have to imagine that the ones who missed flights got to airport very last minute to arrive at concourse as flight was boarding.

3) Address for drop or pick up
4) Telephone number
5)Airport
6)Airlines
7)Arrival and/or departure times
8) Flight number for arrivals only (so we can track your flight)
9) Let us know whether you text.

You never know what you will encounter. I had to do some recovery work to get around this yesterday, clients got to gate 15 minutes before departure. Traffic backed up for miles. I build in plenty of recovery time, used it plus more. Thank goodness lines in security were not long. Prayers to victim, family and for justice.
