We are seeking an experienced Towing Operations Manager to lead and oversee our entire towing operation. This is a senior-level position responsible for fleet coordination, dispatcher oversight, driver performance, and overall operational efficiency.
⚠️ Please Note: This role requires prior towing industry leadership experience. Applicants without direct towing or roadside operations management experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities:
Operations: Oversee daily towing and roadside operations.
Leadership: Lead and support dispatchers and drivers.
Efficiency: Manage fleet utilization, safety, and response times.
Coordination: Coordinate with law enforcement, customers, and vendors.
Quality Control: Ensure jobs are completed accurately and efficiently.
Compliance: Maintain operational standards, documentation, and compliance.

Requirements:
Industry Expert: Proven leadership experience in the towing or roadside assistance industry.
Logistics Savvy: Strong dispatch and fleet management knowledge.
High-Paced: Ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced operations.
Communication: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Tech-Proficient: Experience with towing dispatch platforms (Towbook or similar preferred).

We are conducting a nationwide search for a highly experienced Towing Operations & Dispatch Manager to lead dispatch and operational coordination across multiple locations.
This is not an entry-level dispatch management role. We are looking for a proven towing industry leader with deep operational experience managing multi-shift dispatch teams, multiple locations, complex recoveries, and high-volume emergency service operations.
The right candidate will be confident hiring, training, mentoring, and holding accountable a team of dispatchers across day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts. They must also understand the operational side of towing and recovery work — including properly assessing jobs, assigning equipment, pricing recoveries, and supporting field operations in real time.
This role is ideal for someone who has already led towing operations at a high level and is looking for the opportunity to build systems, develop people, and help scale a growing organization.

⚙️ What You'll Do
Managing multi-shift dispatch teams across multiple locations
Hiring, training, and leading dispatch staff
Coordinating heavy-duty towing and recovery operations
Pricing recoveries based on equipment, manpower, and job complexity
Managing high-volume emergency service operations
Improving systems, accountability, and operational performance

📋 Requirements
Extensive towing dispatch and operations experience
Prior leadership/management experience required
Strong knowledge of towing, recovery equipment, and industry operations
Experience with Towbook or similar dispatch software preferred

Yesterday’s recovery call came in at 5:40am. Within 25 minutes, we had guys on scene.

Three semis involved. Fire and rescue already there. In moments like that, our first thought is always the same — we’re praying everyone is okay.

Within an hour, we had multiple pieces of heavy equipment rolling and an entire company location mobilized on scene. When something this big happens, it takes all of us. The goal is always clear: provide safe, efficient service and get the highway opened back up as quickly and safely as possible for everyone.

These recoveries aren’t small tasks. They require teamwork, skill, and people willing to answer the phone no matter the time, the weather, or the situation.
