In preparation for the move to our new location, we will be offering remnants for sale to include carpet pieces, vinyl, upholstery, Sunbrella, stainless steel tubing, and other miscellany. Stop by the shop at Anchorage Marina (2501 Boston Street, Ste. 202, 21224) between NOON and 3 PM on SATURDAY MARCH 26 and SUNDAY MARCH 27 to see if we have anything that might be useful to your DIY projects.

The past few days have been beautiful, and are always made extra nice when we have the pleasure of spending them with this work view.

After over 11 years, we have made the decision to move our shop from Anchorage Marina to Pasadena. This was not an easy decision. We have been at this location since we founded our company, since our older son was just a baby. Marvin has spent so many hours here late into the nights, many times working together as a couple with the kids along. It feels like a home away from home. We have made so many friends here, seen some really good people come and go, have felt so supported by this marina community. Thank you.

Our decision came down to economics and practicalities, but was weighed heavy against our emotional connection to this spot. It is very bittersweet.

Through February and March, we will be transitioning to Atlantic Marina (2010 Knollview Dr., Pasadena, 21122). We are planning to be officially moved in by April 1st. Not April fooling.

With that said, we regularly make trips to Pasadena now, so we will obviously still be coming to Anchorage and the Baltimore area. But we want to give our friends and customers a proper announcement in advance of our move. And a thank you from the bottom of our hearts ❤️⚓️

It’s just about winter cover time. Save money and the environment by having a custom cover made. It will last you many years and save you the hassle of having to schedule shrink wrap every year.

We don’t just work on boats! Today Marv and I installed this bar cover at The Point in DC. (A great new spot...check it out!). Thank goodness we were under cover! It was a really rainy day!

A police officer came into the shop today asking if we had camera footage to review. I have not been able to stop thinking about this and really hope it does not have a tragic ending. If you saw or heard anything possibly related, please contact authorities.

The search continues for a 26-year-old woman who went missing after a night out celebrating her birthday with friends.

Cool story on CNN about the trash wheels that we worked on. We didn’t do the first, Mr. Trash Wheel...but we fabricated and installed the white covers for the second and third, Professor Trash Wheel and Captain Trash Wheel! Excited for the potential to work on more in the future!
