As we welcome 2026, we want to take a moment to reflect on the year behind us and look ahead with gratitude, pride, and optimism.

2025 challenged us, taught us, and strengthened us. Through long hitches, changing conditions, hard lessons, and hard-earned wins, our crews and shoreside teams showed resilience, professionalism, and commitment every single day. We learned, adapted, and grew together — and those lessons will guide us forward.

As we step into 2026, we do so with renewed purpose and a shared goal: to be better than yesterday. Safer operations, stronger teamwork, clearer communication, and continued care for one another — on the boat and at home. Every experience from last year helps shape a better future, and we are confident that our best days are still ahead.

Are you looking to make a transition shoreside?

Our company is rapidly growing and evolving while maintaining a small company and family atmosphere. We are looking for individuals that are willing to grow with our company that will have avenues for advancement. This is an opportunity to be part of a great team. Applicants must be motivated, driven and a good team player.

We are currently looking for a Port Captain in the Louisiana area. Candidates must hold a valid USCG Master of Towing and a valid driver’s license.

Additionally, we are searching for a Port Engineer in the Louisiana area. The Port Engineer position is an opportunity for individuals who are capable of detailed troubleshooting, vendor negotiations, problem solving and developing an understanding of the mechanical systems and structures of our vessels.

Help us wish our newest Mate Pilot, Les Cruse IV, a huge 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 on being promoted as pilot on the M/V Renegade!

Les hired on as a steersman with us and has done exceptionally well. We are so proud of Les and his accomplishments and we look forward to his future here at Intratug.

Thank you to all the training Captains who helped Les get to where he is today: Matt Skaggs, Jason Watkins, James Johnson, Jeremy Byars, Paul Smith and they many others who helped Les along the way.
