You’ll be hearing from me from time to time as we continue improving the experience for our clients. I wanted to personally introduce myself—and share a few important updates from the Solehue team.

Solehue Wilshire is now open.

Our new Los Angeles location gives you direct access to professional Footwear Preservation, with a simpler experience and more options for how your footwear is cared for.

You can now choose:

Your footwear category
Classic or Designer

Your preservation level
Experienced Preservation Tech or Master Preservation Tech

Your preservationist
Choose the professional you want caring for your footwear.

Local preservation begins at $45 for Classic and $85 for Designer with an Experienced Preservation Tech.

And if you’re not in Los Angeles, you’re no longer left out.

Nationwide shipping is now open to everyone.

You can ship your footwear directly to Solehue from anywhere in the U.S. for professional preservation and return delivery.

A lot is changing at Solehue.

Today, Solehue Wilshire begins.

From 12–4 PM, we’re receiving the first Footwear Preservation orders at our new Wilshire location.

Founding Preservation numbers are issued chronologically upon completed drop-off.

Any numbers not issued by 4 PM today will be permanently retired.

Whether you’ve supported Solehue for years or have been waiting for the right time to preserve your footwear, we’d love to welcome you today.

It has been a little while since we last checked in, but we have been working behind the scenes on one of the most important chapters in Solehue’s history.

We are preparing to open Solehue Wilshire, our new Footwear Preservation House in Los Angeles.

This is more than another location. It represents the next evolution of how sneakers, designer footwear, and the stories attached to them should be cared for.

Gum on the bottom is one thing.

Gum mixed with rocks, dirt, and outsole debris is different.

This pair came in with buildup bonded deep into the tread and wrapped around the midsole edge. Forceful removal could have damaged the outsole texture, marked the midsole, or made the problem worse.

The goal was not pressure.

The goal was control.

Cleaned inside, bottom, and out with material-safe care, patience, and the Solehue Standard.

Damage doesn’t mean done.
