Morgan brings a passion for people and a deep commitment to supporting those who keep our business moving - our drivers. In this role, she will be focused on enhancing the overall driver experience, strengthening communication, and ensuring our drivers have the support, tools, and recognition they deserve.
She will play a key role in continuing to build a culture where our drivers are set up for success.

This is another step forward in our ongoing investment in the driver experience because when our drivers thrive, our company thrives.

Outside of work, Morgan is grounded in what matters most. She’s married to her high school sweetheart and is the proud mom of three amazing children who are her whole world. Family means everything to her, and when she’s not working, you can find her enjoying the outdoors: boating, riding their RZR, fishing, or soaking up the sun at the beach, her favorite place to be.

Jessica Brook Vance is our employee of the month!!! 🎉🎉🎉

Jessica’s 5th anniversary was April the 1st and she just got engaged…so April is Jessica’s month!!!

Jessica works at our corporate office in Eastaboga and is such a vital part of our team. She is a part of the Finance department but also an IT wizard, so we are always asking her to help and she always does...making her a great pick for the EOM.
