Jon has been keeping our ancient fleet afloat for 13 years, many of which are double their intended lifespan so It's unlikely you've got a problem he hasn't seen. He's a preventive care pro and has been trained and certified by Aire to do warranty work. He also has plenty of experience correcting poor repair work though it's definitely not his favorite.
