As a university professor who specializes in nonprofit management, I've realized a few things over the years when it comes to nonprofit leaders:
💡Some have education in social work or other non-business disciplines.
💡Some have been out of school for many years and might need a "refresher."
💡Some want to continue their education, but they lack the time or resources (or energy) to do it. Nonprofit life is hard, ya'll!
