Friendly reminder from a travel agent💙
When you work with a travel agent, there is a lot of time and care that goes into planning your vacation. We spend hours researching resorts, comparing package pricing, monitoring promotions, planning dining reservations, creating Lightning Lane strategies, and personalizing every detail of your trip to fit your family’s needs. We are there for you before, during and after your trip.
As travel agents, we are only paid after you travel and only if your booking remains with us. It can be discouraging when the information, research, and planning we provide is later used to book independently. Of course, I completely understand that life happens and circumstances can change, and I never take issue with situations that are out of anyone’s control. If you cannot travel or need to postpone things, it’s ok…just tell me.
However, if you choose to work with a travel agent, please allow us the opportunity to book your trip for you. If you prefer to book on your own, I kindly ask that you also handle the research and planning independently. The time spent creating quotes and customized plans takes away from the time I dedicate to my current clients, and I deeply value both my time and theirs. My services are completely free to use, and your support of my small business truly means more than you know. This is not a hobby for me, this is my career and how I feed my family.
