We're Hiring | Senior Sales Representative – Dry Bulk & Liquid Tank Trailers (Midwest U.S.)
Join one of North America's leading tank trailer manufacturers!

Tremcar USA is expanding its sales team and is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Representative to develop our presence across the Midwest, covering North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa.
If you have a passion for sales and extensive knowledge of the bulk liquid transportation industry, we'd like to hear from you.

👉 What You'll Do
✔️ Develop and grow sales within an established multi-state territory
✔️Build lasting relationships with bulk liquid carriers, fleet owners, distributors, and industry partners
✔️Promote Tremcar's industry-leading line of aluminum and stainless steel tank trailers
✔️Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
✔️Work closely with engineering, internal sales, and customer support teams to deliver customized transportation solutions
✔️Represent Tremcar at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows
✔️Provide valuable market intelligence and competitive insights

👉 What We're Looking For
✔️Proven success in B2B outside sales
✔️Strong knowledge of the bulk liquid tank trailer industry, including petroleum, chemical, food-grade, milk, dry bulk, or other liquid transportation markets
✔️Established network within the trucking, tank trailer, or transportation industries is a significant asset
✔️Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
✔️Self-driven professional capable of managing a multi-state territory independently
✔️Willingness to travel approximately 50% throughout the assigned region
✔️Candidates should reside within—or be willing to relocate to—the assigned territory

JOB OFFER
We are seeking skilled tig and aluminum welders to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding the barrel of the trailer.

Key Responsibilities:

· Interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings to weld components to the barrel.
· Operate a welder and hand, power and air tools.
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
· Follow all safety procedures including but not limited to wearing the proper PPE and fall protection equipment.

Qualifications:

· Excellent attendance and punctuality.
· Proficiency in reading a tape measure.
· Ability to read and understand blueprints.
· Ability to climb a 6’ ladder.
· Move in and out of barrels in a timely manner (cannot be claustrophobic).
· 2G Horizontal Mig Aluminum and 3G Vertical Up Mig Aluminum certifications a plus.
· Prior experience in trailer industry is a plus.

We are excited to announce that John Bennett has joined Tremcar USA /Boston Steel as our North East Senior Sales Representative for the DOT 406 tank truck and trailer product line.

John brings over 26 years of experience in the tanker industry. He began his career as a welder with a construction company before joining Westmor, where he got his start welding tanks. Since 2014, John has focused on tank sales, building strong industry knowledge and customer relationships throughout the years.

John resides in Mid-Coast Maine and is the proud father of two young adult children. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and snowmobiling.

With his extensive industry experience and passion for serving customers, we are confident John will be a valuable addition to our team. We are thrilled to have him on board and look forward to his contributions to the continued growth and success of our DOT 406 tank truck and trailer business.
