🌳 1. The Adventure Park at Trailblazer

Most visitors don't even realize it's tucked back there! The Adventure Park is home to an incredible zipline and climbing adventure, making Trailblazer Park more than just a hub for markets and concerts.. it's one of TR's best hidden gems.

⚔️ 2. The Dicey Langston Statue

Our newest landmark honors Revolutionary War heroine Dicey Langston, a fearless teenage patriot who risked her life carrying messages and warning militia of British attacks before later making Travelers Rest her home. It's a beautiful reminder of the courage woven into our town's history.

🏛️ 3. The Historic Plyler House

One of Travelers Rest's most iconic historic homes, complete with the town's only original marble front steps. Today, it's been lovingly restored and is home to some of our favorite local businesses, including boutique shopping and a relaxing head spa experience. It's the perfect blend of history and self-care.

🎨 4. TR Makers

If you're taking home one souvenir, make it from here. Every piece celebrates Travelers Rest and supports a local artist who pours her heart into creating gifts that capture the spirit of our little town.

We couldn't be more excited to welcome our new husband-and-wife driving duo to the Trailside Trolley! Together, they share a love for this community that's contagious, and now they'll be sharing it with everyone who hops aboard. ✨

As a member of Travelers Rest City Council, Sherry has a front-row seat to so many of the exciting things happening in our town. You'll find Bill behind the wheel while Sherry chats with riders, sharing stories, answering questions, and pointing out all the local highlights along the way. Between the two of them, you'll be hard-pressed to find anyone more knowledgeable about what's new, what's coming, and the stories that make Travelers Rest so special. 🤩
