Due to the recent mid-air @ Marana, the event director has decided to CANCEL the Tombstone Day Trip. We were expecting 35+ aircraft and are fearful of having too many airplanes for such a small airport. We hope you understand are we are sorry for the inconvenience.

Good evening everyone! There is gonna be a fly in at Douglas Municipal Airport (KDGL) in Douglas, Arizona on October 12th from 7 am to 12 pm and they will be giving our breakfast to everyone! This is a special airport for those that don’t know because DGL is the first international airport in the US! I’m passing around this info to try and get a good amount of pilots and other folks to come on down and set foot on a very historic airport! Hope to see some of you all down there!

It has been a few months sense our last posting but the new parking apron at the Tombstone Airport is complete. This more than double's the original apron so that many more planes will have a place to park. Also, the city cleared the desert area for additional parking and camping for large fly-in events.

Work has begun on enlarging the parking apron at the Tombstone's Airport. Soon, we will be able to park many airplanes with ease! See you all soon!
