I give each piece my undivided attention and great care, each item is unique and can not be replicated for each stitch is machine or hand made or a combination of the both. I try to be as professional and consistent as possible but because of the nature of the product there can be slight inconsistencies, which only add to the uniqueness of each item. Due to the nature of the product I can not offer refunds. However, I can offer repairs & some replacements on items on faulty snaps, elastic, velcro and stitching that has come undone with in the first 10 days. Thank you for your understanding!
