Started my new business in October of 2022. We started hauling junk and organizing storage units. I said YES to anyone who asked for any kind of hauling or manual labor. I figured the chips would fall somewhere and I would find a niche.

We met a lot of realtors and they fed us business. Then we found ourselves (my son's and I) doing a lot of moves for seniors. We were commonly asked if we could do estate sales and then I heard about Caring Transitions from a realtor/friend. I opened a Caring Transitions franchise in late June of 2023.

After a lot of good and often hard lessons, we have the privilege of helping seniors move into senior living communities, helping surviving children liquidate their parents assets so they can sell the home, and helping realtors achieve their ultimate goals by allowing us to clear out houses through estate sales, donation runs, and disposal.

I love doing what I do. Through it all, I've learned (and continue to learn) how to be compassionate (which has always been hard for me). I am blessed when I can help others who aren't always able to get things done themselves, whether old age, too busy raising a family, or selling houses.

I want to say a big THANK YOU to all of you who have supported me and my family through these good and trying times.

We continue to learn and build and make other people's lives just a little bit easier. We are designed for relationships...and that's what I get to do every day...I get to serve people.

Another day in the books. Took away a broken down BBQ and demolished a shed today.

I think these too were meant for each other. We bought the dump trailer about two weeks ago and God has provided us much more business that we imagined. We've taken him (we call the trailer Harvey) to landfill no less than 12 times.
