One of the trips I have been working on lately is a girls' trip to Alaska, and I have to admit, it has me dreaming a little.

When most people think about girls' trips, they picture Europe, the beach, or a big city getaway. But there is something really special about sharing an experience that feels completely different.

Imagine spending the day watching glaciers drift by, spotting whales from the ship, exploring charming coastal towns, and ending the evening with friends while the mountains stretch out in every direction.

The older I get, the more I realize girls' trips are not really about the destination. They are about making time for the people who matter most.

Alaska feels like a pretty incredible place to do that 🚢🏔️🐋

I used to think the best trips were the ones where you saw the most.

One of our Europe trips included six cities in ten days because I wanted to experience everything. Instead, I found myself thinking about the next stop more than enjoying where I was.

That trip completely changed the way I think about travel.

Now, I believe the best trips are the ones that leave room to wander, linger, and be fully present in the experience.

Because more is not always better. Sometimes better is simply having the time to enjoy where you are 🥰

Hi, I’m Sarah ✨

I specialize in immersive, thoughtfully paced travel experiences for women, families, and travelers who want to feel connected to the places they visit instead of rushing through them.

I have always been drawn to destinations with atmosphere and storybook charm. Misty forests in Scotland and Ireland. Cozy cafés in Europe. Castle towns, scenic train rides, rainy mornings abroad, hidden bookstores, and places that feel like stepping into another world for a little while.

I am a slower traveler at heart. I romanticize almost everything. I will always choose the scenic train route, linger longer in quiet cafés, and care more about atmosphere and meaningful moments than checking landmarks off a list.

I am also a wife, a mom, a fantasy book lover, and a tea girlie through and through. Some of my favorite travel memories are the quieter ones. Fog rolling over castles. Rainy walks through Ireland. Tiny cafés tucked away from crowds. Watching my son laugh and play with local children in Italy without sharing a single word of the same language.

Before stepping into the travel industry, I came from a mental health background, and honestly, that shaped the way I see travel completely.

I understand how overwhelming life can feel sometimes and how rare it can be to truly slow down and be present. That is one of the reasons meaningful travel matters so much to me.

I believe travel should create space for wonder, connection, joy, rest, and experiences that remind people life is meant to be felt, not just rushed through.

That philosophy shapes every trip I plan.

I want travel to feel intentional, immersive, emotionally memorable, and genuinely restorative instead of overwhelming.

This space is for travelers who value slower mornings, thoughtful experiences, emotional connection, and meaningful travel that lingers long after you return home.

I think one of the biggest mistakes people make when planning travel is trying to fit too much into it ✨

There is so much pressure to see everything, maximize every day, and constantly move from one destination to the next. Social media has convinced many people that a successful vacation has to be packed full in order to be meaningful.

But some of the best travel memories happen in the slower moments.

They happen during quiet mornings in hidden cafés. They happen during unexpected conversations. They happen when you wander through a place without constantly checking the time. They happen when you stay somewhere beautiful long enough to actually experience it instead of rushing to the next thing.

You do not need to see everything to have an unforgettable trip.

In fact, overpacking an itinerary is often what prevents people from truly connecting with the places they traveled so far to see.

One of the most important things I encourage my clients to do is leave room for breathing space in their vacations. I want travel to feel immersive, intentional, emotionally memorable, and genuinely enjoyable instead of rushed and overstimulating.

Because meaningful travel is not about doing the most.

It is about creating experiences you can actually be present for while they are happening 🥰

You deserve travel that feels meaningful while you are actually living it ✨

You deserve travel that does not leave you feeling rushed, overstimulated, and exhausted by the time you return home.

You deserve travel that gives you space to breathe.

You deserve mornings where you can wander quiet streets without constantly checking the time. You deserve hidden cafés, slower dinners, meaningful conversations, scenic train rides, and enough breathing room to actually notice the atmosphere of a place instead of rushing through it trying to fit everything in.

So many people return home from vacation feeling drained because they spent the entire trip trying to maximize every second.

But meaningful travel is not about doing the most.

It is about creating memories that actually feel like something while they are happening.

The quieter moments matter too.

The slower mornings matter. The unexpected discoveries matter. The rainy walks through unfamiliar cities matter. The moments where you stop thinking about the itinerary for a second and simply experience where you are matter too.

That is the kind of travel I believe in.

I help travelers create immersive, thoughtfully paced vacations that feel intentional, emotionally memorable, and genuinely enjoyable instead of rushed and overwhelming.

Because you do not need to see everything to create an unforgettable experience.

A lot of people want to travel, but feel overwhelmed by everything that comes with it. The cost, the planning, the flights, the crowds, the pressure to make the trip worth it... it can feel like a lot before you even book anything.

I understand those feelings because I’ve had them too.

That’s one of the reasons I care so much about thoughtful travel planning. A trip should not leave you feeling more stressed than before you left home. The right itinerary, realistic pacing, and intentional planning can completely change the experience.

You do not have to do everything for a trip to be meaningful.

Some of the best travel memories come from the slower moments, the unexpected laughs, and simply being together away from everyday life 🥰

What is one thing that stresses you out most about planning a trip?

For the overwhelmed mom trying to plan the “perfect” trip for everyone else while secretly wondering if it’s even worth the stress…

I want you to know travel doesn’t have to feel overwhelming to be meaningful.

You don’t have to do everything. You don’t need the perfect itinerary. Your kids probably won’t remember whether every detail went exactly as planned. They’ll remember how it felt to be together.

Sometimes the most meaningful trips are the ones where you finally slow down enough to actually enjoy the people you’re with 🥰

Some of the best memories of my life have happened while traveling: with my family, with my closest friends, and in moments I still think about years later.

There’s something special about getting away from everyday life and just being present together. Whether it’s a family trip, a girls trip, or exploring somewhere new, travel has a way of bringing people closer.

Some of my favorite memories are the simple ones: airport mornings, laughing until we cry at dinner, late-night talks back at the hotel, walking through a new city, hearing my kids laugh, or ending the day completely exhausted but so happy.

I love beautiful destinations, but what I really love is what travel creates for people. Connection. Joy. Memories. Time together that feels different from normal life.

That’s why this work means so much to me 🥰
