Naples Airport was proud to host the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) Certified Member (C.M.) Review Course this week in partnership with the Florida Airports Council. ✈️

The C.M. designation recognizes airport professionals with broad knowledge of airport operations and a commitment to safety, efficiency, and career growth in aviation management. Participants spent the week learning through interactive discussions, case studies, and hands-on activities as they prepared to earn this prestigious credential.

The FAC Environmental Committee met in-person last week at Miami International Airport - MIA with strong participation from members across the state. Discussions included updates on upcoming FAC events like the E&T Summit, the Federal Fly-In, and the Annual Conference, as well as key legislative developments impacting Florida’s airports. The committee also reviewed important environmental topics, including PFAS regulatory updates and new NEPA compliance guidance. Thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to the conversation!
